Our packages cater for all abilities, from recreational cyclists aiming to improve health and fitness to elite and professional racers. With any package an information booklet is provided by email for you to read and refer back to in your own time, proving general information and all test data.
Consultations are also available through Skype.

How it works?
All of our coaching packages begin with a consultation, which can either be in person, or on Skype. During your consultation, your goals, lifestyle and commitments will be discussed, to formulate the best approach for your training. You will also be guided through your Cycling Analytics account, which is an excellent training analysis resource for both the coach and the athlete.
From the initial consultation, you will be invited to join a Cycling Analytics account between yourself and your coach. Here you will find everything you need; training and nutrition guides, training load monitoring and wellness forms, and your training plan.
Your training plan is where you will find your training diary, training zones, nutrition analysis (Pro/Elite), training reports, strength and conditioning program, AeroFit report (Elite), and lab results (Elite). This document can be updated by both the coach and the athlete and is automatically synced between each other. Depending on your plan, feedback/updates will be provided daily, weekly or monthly via this document. Of course, our coaches are also available via email, skype or phone.
