The foam roller is used in a type of self - massage called self-myofascial release. It is highly effective for treating injured patients during physical therapy to release tight muscles, and reduce pain.
			
 
			
Our foam roller has a lightweight, compact design. It measures 33cm long to easily pop into your gym bag, take on your travels and relieve muscle tension wherever you go.
			
 
			
The stubby foam massage system is made from EVA foam to maximise comfort as you roll. Another benefit of EVA foam is that it retains its shape, rather than degrading over time.

Our massage ball can be used directly over clothing to alleviate tension in your muscles and improve flexibility. Use your bodyweight to apply light or heavy pressure depending on your needs. The pressure can be applied to a single point or rolled over wider areas, making sure to avoid the spine. When done correctly, self massage with the spiky ball should feel relieving to your muscles- not cause or increase pain.
